Orange marmalade
Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients with the butter in a food processor until it looks like big breadcrumbs. Approximately 2 minutes.

Add the beaten eggs and amaretto and knead lightly.
Make into a ball, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Butter a 20cm loose bottom baking tray for tarts.
Turn the oven on air at 160 Celsius.

Roll out 2/3 of the dough and spread over the bottom and edges of the baking tray.
Take a fork and dock the dough.
Spread the marmalade on top.

Roll out the rest of the dough and cut into 1.5 cm wide strips, place the on top of the orange marmalade in lattices pattern.

Bake for 55 minutes.
Turn out of the tray when completely cold.
