Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 small cups of toasted sesame seeds
  • Two medium sized ripe bananas peeled and cut into medium chunks
  • 4 teaspoons Honey
  • 3 teaspoons Cocoa powder
  • 3 medium sized mandarines cut in half and pieces seperated
  • 2 teaspoons Coconut oil
  • 1 small cup of water + extra when needed
Directions
  1. Get out a blender and pour all the toasted sesame seeds in and blend them for three times or until they become into flour. Afterwards place the flour in a large bowl.
  2. Place the bananas in the blender and blend for three rounds or until they become a smoothie. Next pour the smoothie in the sesame flour, add 4 tsps of honey and mix until the mixture becomes smooth and less runny. If the mixture still has unmixed particles, add one small quarter cup of water.
  3. Take out two small bowls, in one place a large tbsp of the sesame seed mixture. In between add 3 tsps of cocoa powder in the large sesame seed mixture and mix until everything becomes chocolaty and in the other small bowl place two large tbsps of the chocolate sesame seed mixture.
  4. Heat the oven at 230 degrees celsius and take out a large flat tray with baking paper. Gently make 16 small chocolate cakes in circle shapes. Wet the spoon before and during the shaping process (helps to stop the mixture from sticking) but don't overdo. Once finished shaping the cakes put them all in the oven for 10 minutes or until they are all slightly hard. Check in between. After the cakes are fully cooked take them out, place the tray on a rack and let them cool for ten minutes.
  5. Heat a small saucepan at medium heat. Add a small quarter cup of water, sesame seed mixture, mandarines and one tsp of coconut oil and cook and mix for 3 minutes or until the mixture is slightly thick. After they are all cooked pour them in a small bowl and let them cool for five minutes.
  6. Again heat a small saucepan at medium heat. But add one small quarter cup of water, chocolate sesame seed mixture and 1 tsp of coconut oil and mix and cook for three minutes or until the mixture is slightly thick. After the icing is cooked pour it in a small bowl and let it cool for five minutes.
  7. On the baking tray carefully and gently place the mandarine sesame seed cream mixture on eight cakes and with the other eight cakes place them on top of the mandarine sesame seed mixture like a sandwich. Next carefully and gently place the chocolate sesame seed icing on top of the cakes. Dip the spoon in water before and during icing (also to prevent the mixture from sticking don't overdo) and finally place all the cakes neatly on a nice wide platter of your choice and serve. Enjoy!❤️
