Ingredients
  • 8 ounces tuna
  • 1 cup mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup apple
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 dash smoked paprika
  • 1 ounce prunes
  • 1/2 ounce walnuts
  • 2 bread
Directions
  1. Drain the tuna.
  2. Mash the tuna.
  3. Shred the carrots and cut the apples.
  4. Cut the prunes and add the walnuts.
  5. Add the mustard and lemon juice to the mixture.
  6. Add salt, black pepper and paprika.
  7. Whiz the tahini, olive oil and yogurt in a food processor until is silky smooth.
  8. Mix all the ingredients and chill.
  9. Toast the bread and bon appetit.
