mustard

lemon juice

apple

carrot

1 dash
salt

black pepper

smoked paprika

prunes

Directions

Drain the tuna.

Mash the tuna.

Shred the carrots and cut the apples.

Cut the prunes and add the walnuts.

Add the mustard and lemon juice to the mixture.

Add salt, black pepper and paprika.

Whiz the tahini, olive oil and yogurt in a food processor until is silky smooth.

Mix all the ingredients and chill.
