Ingredients

mashed potato

2 teaspoons
garlic powder

3 tablespoons
vegetable oil

curry powder

200 grams
potatoes, diced

200 grams
white onions, diced

1 dash
parsley

1 handful
Traditional burger ingredients of your choice
Directions

Sauté white onions in a skillet for 20 minutes until golden brown or soft, continually moving every 5 minutes. Add garlic powder and remove from flame.

Prepare mashed potatoes, adding melted butter and salting where needed. Allow to cool before moving to next step.

Combined mash potatoes with all dry and wet ingredients, smashing with hands to create cup-sized patties. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking tray, and put in the oven at 200 degrees celsius for 10-15 minutes until crispy golden.

Assemble patties with buns, tomatoes, beetroot, sliced red onion, lettuce, any other ingredients, and my renowned Mock McDonalds Burger Sauce for optimum taste.
