Mom's HomemadeĀ Meatloaf

A delicious and moist meatloaf that your family will love.
I started making this a few years ago because the recipes I was using either used ingredients that were not flavorful or they came out dry. This comes out moist every time and is delicious. —Sosanna

Ingredients
  • Meatloaf Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds Grassfed Beef
  • 1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs or Gluten Free Crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Homemade Beef Broth w/1/2 tsp. Better than Bouillon Paste
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley (fresh or dried)
  • 2 tablespoons Bragg's Liquid Amino
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt or Redmond's Real Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Sauce Ingredients-sometimes I replace this recipe with homemade BBQ Sauce
  • 2/3 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Directions
  1. Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees F. Lightly grease 2 Qt. baking dish
  2. Combine meat, breadcrumbs, broth, eggs, parsley, liquid amino, ketchup, salt & pepper, garlic powder & onion powder (just till combined) ***I mix all of my ingredients in the baking dish I am using.
  3. Mix the sauce (unless using homemade BBQ sauce) ingredients: ketchup, brown sugar & garlic powder. Spread over the top of meatloaf.
  4. Bake approximately 45 minutes (may want to drain some grease out after about 30 minutes-be careful as meatloaf could slide out)
  5. Serve with some delicious sides and enjoy
