A delicious and moist meatloaf that your family will love.
I started making this a few years ago because the recipes I was using either used ingredients that were not flavorful or they came out dry. This comes out moist every time and is delicious. —Sosanna

1 1/2 pounds
Grassfed Beef

1/4 cup
Italian Bread Crumbs or Gluten Free Crumbs

1/3 cup
Homemade Beef Broth w/1/2 tsp. Better than Bouillon Paste

Eggs

1 tablespoon
Chopped Parsley (fresh or dried)

2 tablespoons
Bragg's Liquid Amino

2 tablespoons
Ketchup

1 teaspoon
Sea Salt or Redmond's Real Salt

1 teaspoon
Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon
Onion Powder

1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper
- Sauce Ingredients-sometimes I replace this recipe with homemade BBQ Sauce

Ketchup

1 tablespoon
Brown Sugar

Garlic Powder
Directions

Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees F. Lightly grease 2 Qt. baking dish

Combine meat, breadcrumbs, broth, eggs, parsley, liquid amino, ketchup, salt & pepper, garlic powder & onion powder (just till combined) ***I mix all of my ingredients in the baking dish I am using.

Mix the sauce (unless using homemade BBQ sauce) ingredients: ketchup, brown sugar & garlic powder. Spread over the top of meatloaf.

Bake approximately 45 minutes (may want to drain some grease out after about 30 minutes-be careful as meatloaf could slide out)
