Directions

First, cook the washed spinach in a pan until it softens, stirring constantly. After it becomes soft and slightly cooked, add the cream and stir. Then reduce the heat. Meanwhile, toast the bread slices in a toaster until they become slightly crispy.

Then, in a non-stick pan, add some oil. Once the oil is hot, crack the eggs into the pan and cook them until the whites are set but the yolks stay soft (sunny side up). Sprinkle a little salt on the eggs.
Next, spread the spinach and cream mixture on the toasted bread. Place the eggs on top and sprinkle a little black pepper.
Now it’s ready to serve.
