Ingredients

Chicken breast

Onion: 1 medium, finely chopped

Yogurt

Olive oil

Spices: salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin (to taste)

Bell pepper1, cut into pieces (optional)

Garlic: 2 cloves, minced

Directions

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped onion, and spices. Add the chicken breast cut into cubes and mix well. then add the Infused saffron, Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Kebabs: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a little olive oil if needed. Place the skewers in the pan and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.

Serve: Remove from the pan and serve hot. You can enjoy this dish with rice or bread.
