In June, we continued our partnership with Panna, a subscription cooking app and website dedicated to sharing recipes from master chefs in HD video -- and we showed a preview of our fourth video series with them, in which Amanda made thechocolatefig's Smashed Pea Guacamole with Cilantro, Ginger, and Lime. Over the next four months, we'll feature two more issues of Panna, cooking some of our favorite recipes on Food52. We'll have the previews for the full episodes here on Food52 -- with full-length videos featuring cooking tips drawn from the recipe on Panna's website.

Today, Amanda and Merrill launch our fifth issue of tips and tricks by demonstrating how to make dagny's Zucchini Pancakes -- a lighter, seasonal take on the classic potato pancake. Check out the preview below, and then watch the full-length video from Issue 12 on Panna's website. And stay tuned for the tip videos later this week.

Panna uncovers the nuances of cooking like a pro by showing every insider detail, from how to handle ingredients to the precise moment when a browning tart should be pulled from the oven.

Watch more exceptional recipes unfold in Panna's free issue today.

Would have loved the recipe for the Zucchini Pancakes. I saw nothing with the video except her preparing the ingredients. Saw nothing about any salt or pepper or any other like garlic powder. Recipes are my favorite...from start to finish.

Wish there were still videos on this site! Though so much of the media (and hotline) are still totally off centered on my mac screen.
