Once again, we want to give a big thanks to all of our volunteer recipe testers for your thoughtful comments and for helping us continue to strengthen our recipe recommendations. You can read each tester's comments by clicking through to the Editors' Picks recipes -- the comments are under "Amanda and Merrill's Notes" at the top. And even if the recipe you tested wasn't chosen as an EP, please feel free to leave your testing notes in the recipe's comments section. Constructive criticism is always encouraged!

Congratulations to another great batch of Editors' Picks!

Thanks to the editors for the edits on my review! Much improved.

Your photograph is gorgeous! I already wanted to try it since I love kohlrabi, but now I'm going to have to try this over the weekend!

Thanks ChezSuzanne! I had no idea what to do with kohlrabi and now I can't wait to make it again. Eatenfresh, if you see this let me know if you want me to add the image to your recipe!

Thank you for testing my recipe. I love your suggestions for streamlining the preparation and had completely forgotten to mention removing the tough outer part or the kohlrabi. Nicely improved. I love the image, please feel free to add it to the recipe. Thank you again!

Happy to have done so. Thanks very much for teaching me about kohlrabi. I'll try your other recipe about oven dried kohlrabi with soy too. Sounds delicious!
