Does anyone know of a black garlic shrimp scampi recipe?

On a recent vacation we had an amazing shrimp scampi with what we assume was black garlic.
A very thoughtful friend bought us one black garlic as a Christmas present. I'd love to make shrimp scampi but haven't found a recipe yet using black garlic.

I think you can adapt almost any shrimp scampi recipe to use black garlic. Here's one: http://www.epicurious.com... -- I'd just use black garlic in place of the fresh.
