A question about a recipe: Red-wine honey plum sauce
I have a question about the recipe "Red-wine honey plum sauce " from AppleAnnie.
How long will this keep for? I was thinking of making a large batch to use up some plums.
I imagine that it will keep in the fridge for a month or two, but if it smells off, it's gone bad!
Looks like it could freeze well too, especially if pureed first.
