Does anyone have good kale chip recipes or seitan jerky recipes for a dehydrator?

I love my dehydrator and love kale chips. This is a good example of a basic recipe to start with http://thehealthyeatingsite... Sometimes I add cayenne or grated parmesan or dip it in nut butter I make with cashews or macadamia nuts.
