3 Large preferrably overly ripe bananas
2 eggs
1T vanilla or walnut extract
8tsp melted butter
1/2 tsp each baking soda and baking powder
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cup sugar
8oz chopped walnuts (optional)
Bake in a 375 oven for approximately 45-55 min
I'm assuming that you know how to make a quick bread

This is the recipe I use. It's delicious!
I forgot to mention I don't slice the bananas like the recipe says to do. I mash them or purée them as I prefer the texture and don't want chunks of banana in the bread.
