When time do new reservations for Torrisi go live?

I know they book a month in advance, but I'm curious at what specific time new slots open in their OpenTable booking system (e.g. Chef's Table does it on Mondays at 10:30am). I'd like to get a slot that's not 5:30pm.

Hey there,

You can find out about Torrisi on their website or by calling them. FOOD52 is more about home cooking, and the Hotline is meant for cooking and food questions. I will say that Torrisi is great!
