What are the top two or three recipes from your Good Appetite column that really stand out to you as favorites? (For me, it's the ground pork banh mi recipe.)

The recipe of mine that I make most often - as it's written - is the red lentil soup with lemon, I love that one. And it's easy.
Also the garlicky cashew chicken is a big favorite.
