Whole Grain Sweet Potato Muffins: 2.5 cups of flour sounds like more than 12 muffins. Anyone made this? What as your yield?

It's not my recipe but I did read it and it makes 12 muffins, the recipe was tested and is a community pick, if you don't need more than 12 muffins I wouldn't double it, it appears that the yield is true to the recipe but having never made it myself I cannot say for sure.
