She also doesn't say if it is black or brown/yellow seeds. Read the testers headnote. She used 1-1/2 tsp of mustard seed and thought it came out good. I'd err on the side of more seeds, myself, if you don't get an answer from the original poster. You might also want to put something in the comment section of the recipe for a quicker answer.
