Can I store ratatouille in an aluminun tray or will the tomatoes react?

Can I store ratatouille in an aluminum tray for 24-48 hours or will the tomatoes have some bizarre reaction to the metal?

Tomatoes and aluminum are generally not a good combination - it can make the tomatoes taste slightly metallic or bitter and also the acid in the tomatoes can discolor the aluminum.
