I have a question about the ingredient "orange (processed with rind)" on the recipe "The Big Tzimmes for Passover" from Vivian Henoch.
I'm not quite sure what you mean by this. Please clarify?
And section 3 of the directions say to add in orange juice, though maybe that's supposed to be lemon juice?
