I'd like a brownie, cookie, or cake recipe that uses pudding mix in the ingredients.

Easiest chocolate cake all will love.
1 pkg. 4 1/2 oz. chocolate pudding & pie
1 pkg. dark chocolate cake mix
1 pkg 12 oz dark chocolate chips
1 3/4 cups milk
2 eggs
Mix all ingredients by hand about 2 minutes.
Pour into greased floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or so. Cool on rack. Remove fom pan. Cool. Dust with powdered sugar.

I haven't used pudding mix, but if you are looking to use it up, I can imagine making a trifle with it. You can buy cake from a bakery or use whatever recipe you like best to layer with the pudding and maybe add some fresh fruit or anything else you think might work well.
