You must buy russet potatoes, peel them and then grate them. Put grated potatoes through potato ricer,just like you would garlic. Heat non-stick skillet with vegetable oil and pat the grated potatoes into the pan until flat. Cook until bottom is golden and then flip. top with what you like.
