A question about a recipe: The Snake Bite

I have a question about the ingredient "fermented pear cider (I like Ace's)" on the recipe "The Snake Bite" from arielleclementine. Where do I find it? I live in west suburban Chicago.

You can find pear cider at specialty wine and liquor shops -- if you can't find it, you might substitute a hard apple cider.
