I froze washed, raw dinosaur kale. Can I use it in soup, or should I throw it away?

I would say so - you might experience some texture/flavour loss compared to if you had blanched it before freezing, but you can still make a great dish with it. I'd suggest chopping it reasonably finely.

I blanch, chop and freeze Kale all the time to use in soups and stew for the future. I have never had any problem with it.
