Can you freeze egg whites and egg yolks?

Yes, you can .freeze the yolk & white separately or together. If freezing that way add a inch of salt to the yolk otherwise it will coagulate when frozen . If the eggs frozen whole mix the yolk and white together. I freeze in ice cube trays.
