Scallions

my recipe calls for 1/2 a cup of scallions in a pie but I am tragically out. Is there something else that can replace this?

Thank you!

Chives might work too.

If you don't have scallions handy you probably don't have a couple of leeks nearby either. Well, something in the onion family. Chives yes, but you probably don't have those either.
