They were still there last time I looked (yesterday), but I think they move around a bit.

They're removed if you entered a recipe in the last contest (which would be Pub Food) even if a recipe you want to edit wasn't picked to be tested.

Thank you inpetskitchen! I know this, but all of a sadden there weren’t those buttons on any of my recipes. They are on now. Thanks again for your answer!
