Is organic powdered sugar vegan? (not filtered through bone char)

The Wholesome Sweeeteners brand is. I don't know about the USDA law in regards to bone char.

The USDA prohibits the use of bone char for production of USDA Certified Organic sugar of any type. So, as long as your sugar is USDA Certified organic, it is vegan.
