If you have one of those miniature muffin tins, take some won ton skins, dust the flour off, cut into circles with a cookie cutter or cut around a glass with a knife, brush with butter, and press into the muffin tin cups. Bake until crisp. Then you can put just about anything into the cups once they're cooled - take a trip around the inside of your refrigerator and pantry. Egg salad garnished with a sprig of dill? A little pate garnished with a bit of gherkin? I'm sure you can come up with lots of ideas!
