I have found a frozen batch of turkey stock from last October (Canadian Thanksgiving) is is safe to consume a year later?

If it has been completley frozen the entire time, I believe it is still safe to use. Typically, the only thing that long term freezing will do to food is alter the quality, but with a stock, you don't have much to worry about there.

however, I'm not an expert, so if I'm wrong, someone else will chime in.
