If I brine my turkey, will the drippings come out too salty to make a good gravy?

Depends on how salty the brine and how long you brined the turkey. But taste of the juices will tell you if it is too salty. You can always add water to the juices to thin out the salt and thicken with a roux to obtain the correct thickness
