pumpkin seed brittle

Made a small test batch of maple-cinnamon pumpkin seed brittle today just to try out the idea. It was tasty (like french toast meets pumpkin seeds), but I put it on a plate to cool and of course it became glued to the plate. Can someone tell me what to put it on next time (like maybe wax paper?) so that it doesn't stick as it cools? I'd like to make a larger batch tomorrow and actually be able to eat it!

I'd use generously buttered parchment paper. Sounds delicious.

I'll try that - thank you!
