added over 2 years agoThe heat is fine, but it's probably done by now. Do you know how much it weighed? Usually a 4 lb chicken roasts in about 60 min at 400 degrees.

added over 2 years agoP.S. To test the doneness, insert an instant read thermometer in the thickest part of the thigh -- the chicken is done when it reads 165 degrees.
