A question about a recipe: Canal House's Cranberry-Port Gelée

I have a question about the ingredient "juniper berries" on the recipe "Canal House's Cranberry-Port Gelée" from Genius Recipes. The juniper berries in your photo look fresh. I cannot find fresh but dried are available. Will they work?

They were actually regular dried juniper berries from a spice jar -- but nice quality, I suppose! So yes, dried will work well.
