Urgent! How long to roast a rolled turkey breast?

Instead of the huge bird, I'm making a turkey breast rolled with herbs for Thanksgiving (tomorrow!) Does the old "20 minutes per pound" rule go for just the breast? The recipe I'm using has it slow-roasted at 300 degrees after a quick sear. The rolled roast is 7 lbs. Thanks for your help!

You should allow about 20 minutes per pound, yes. Maybe a little longer because you're cooking it at such a low temp.
