In Merrill's maple pecan pie, when you cook the pie for the final 35 minutes, is the oven temp 325? Will the edges burn?

Yes, it should bake at 325. If you've followed the recipe, I don't believe the crust should burn. Good luck!

325 is not a very high temp and shouldn't burn the edges. If you see it getting too dark, cover the edges with foil
