You could always do, pineapple sherbert and 7up(or sprite). There's also different variations, but as long as it was sherbert and a fizzy pop.
Love this one, its the traditional one we do every year for our family Christmas. Thanks
I do this one every year for our family Christmas. It's a time honored tradition. Thanks
I love this punch. My college roommate made it for an engagement party. Her recipe (loosely) is: orange sherbert Hawaiian punch frozen oj concentrate ginger ale Pretty darn good and even the adults like.
Can you get a fruit shrub where you are? Its like a sweet vinegar. My mom used to buy raspberry shrub from Tait Farms in Central Pennsylvania. She would make this punch every year at Christmas:
RASPBERRY CIDER PUNCH
1⁄2 gallon Apple Cider
8 oz. Raspberry Shrub
2 liters Sparkling Water or Seltzer
Combine in a punch bowl, add ice and serve.
I have never heard of fruit shrub but will look it up and see if its available

added 6 months agoThere was a contest here a few years ago for which quite a few booze-free drinks were suggested. I went into "Recipes" here on FOOD52, and clicked on "Booze-Free Drinks" on the left side of the screen. Then I put "Punch" into the search field and here is the list of recipes:

There may be others, if you don't limit the search to ones with "punch" in the recipe, but you'd have to scroll through the list to find them. I'd start with the page I linked. ;o)
Thanks so much. Found one I will use.

We mail order all our shrubs through a little store called the Boston Shaker located in Cambridge, Ma (http://www.thebostonshaker...). As mentioned above, they really can punch things up (pun intended) :)
You can make your own shrub. I've used this method with great results. Bonus, it's really easy. http://drinks.seriouseats...
