Reheating Maple-Ginger-Roasted Vegetables with Pecans

I'm not familiar with this recipe but I make a maple toasted root vegetable dish which easily re-warms. But I would add the pecans when re-warming rather than heating them twice

Sounds terrific! do you share recipes? I agree with other answer but you have to take into consideration that veggies will soak up more of ginger and maple flavor if prepped ahead so I would reduce flavoring amounts a little.
