A question about a recipe: Meatloaf with Blackberry Barbecue Sauce

I have a question about the recipe "Meatloaf with Blackberry Barbecue Sauce" from Dax Phillips. Think if sauce is made the night before and loaf is assembled it would last overnight to make on Xmas day?

That should be fine. I would wait to add the sauce until right before cooking the loaf.
