I did a quick search and got: http://www.kitchenstewardship... http://www.thefreshloaf... http://www.freshhealthycooking... I have a starter too and lately, I've been looking at sourdough crepes. Will be trying this weekend.
There seems to be a gremlin in the internet today eating posts. We must all go and bake more so that the gremlin can fill up on bread and crackers, and not have any room for posts.
Thanks for the recipe. Any ideas if using rendered lard (as in home made lard) would taste okay? I don't really like the way vegi oils taste when cooked at high temperatures. Or maybe butter would be better?
2 replies gone into the ether. Yes, I believe you can use lard or butter.
Don't see why you can't use either butter or lard. Here's one that uses lard, http://www.kitchenstewardship...
