Does anyone know how to make crackers like "Mary's Gone Crackers"?

The are full of seeds (sesame, flax) and rice - very crunchy. What holds them together? It looks shiny like egg white but the ingredients list doesn't include eggs or wheat. I'd like to try to make my own.

Just Google Copykat recipe for Maty's Gone Crackers. There are a few out there.
