Not sure what exactly you mean by a fruit slaw (all fruit, or just a slaw that includes fruit), but I love, love, love this spicy mango slaw! http://food52.com/recipes/4826-pork-sandwich-w-spicy-mango-cucumber-slaw

I second that suggestion. I make that slaw recipe a lot in the summer, especially with flank steak and elote tacos, yum.
