Now that I have freekah, I need to learn more about how to use it. I see 3 recipes on the site. Are there others, or a favorite recipe you could recommend?
you can sub it into many of your favorite grain salads that would otherwise use bulgur, barley, farro, or couscous. Ottolenghi has some recipes with it.
