Hi there -- our stylist actually picked up that lovely cake at Ladybird Bakery in Brooklyn. We make a lot of the food shown in our Provisions photos, but occasionally they come from producers in town that we love.

Actually, that was the first place I looked, since it was linked to the article. It doesn't show how to achieve the look of this cake...I guess that's not available. Oh well....thanks anyway.
