I have a question about the recipe "Chinese Style Honey Hoisin Sticky Ribs" from thirschfeld. What types of ribs does this work best with?
I'm going to try this recipe too - will use pork baby back ribs, probably cut into 4 or 5 rib sections (to better fit the pan I will use), then cut into individual ribs after cooked and cooled a bit.
