I have a question about the recipe "Aunt Mariah's Lemon Sponge Cups" from ENunn. Can I make these ahead of time? I want to make them for a dinner party but don't want to whip out the blender or go to the effort of folding in the whites at the last minute. Is it possible to make them ahead of time and then reheat them? Or make the batter and eggwhites separately, keep them in the fridge for a few hours and then pop them in the oven whilst we're eating mains? (This is one of my favourites by the way). Thanks!
