Any ideas for good high Altitude Baking Books? I am looking for a gift for an avid baker who is moving to Colorado.

CSU Extension has lots of great info as well as pamphlets (maybe not the swankiest of gifts). What about a pamphlet or two from them and a gift card for a great local resource for ingredients or supplies? What part of Colorado?
