How to make Nekisia Davis' Olive Oil and Maple Granola into a granola bar?

I love this granola recipe but am not sure how to make it into a granola bar that has the right consistency and doesn't fall apart. Help!

Such a great question. I've been wondering about this, too, for ages. Can't wait to see what others suggest. ;o)

Add some additional liquid (e.g. water) to make all ingredients to have adequate moisture, but not too wet. Place all in a bread pan. Put another bread pan on top. Press as hard as you can (maybe improvise to stand on top of it).

Then bake. When done, slice into the right portion.
