Shelf life for roasted beets

Roasted Beets last week. They are refrigerated and they seem fine. How long will they keep, or should I use them sooner than later.

I think they're best within a day or two, but they'll hold up for about a week and a half. You can throw them in the oven for 10 minutes to perk them up.
