Flourless chocolate cake by Jestei: "invert on a plate and the reinvent on cooling rack"? What?

Yes, use the plate to invert it and remove the bottom. Then reinvert onto a cooling rack so the top is once again on top and allow it to cool. I haven't looked at the recipe, but I am assuming you bake it in a cheesecake pan with the removable sides.

Oh, it wasn't incorrectly written! You put a plate over the cake and tip it so that the cake is upside-down on the plate. Then put your cooling rack over the cake and tip it again, so it's right-side-up on the rack.

I meant to say "invert THEN reinvert on a cooling rack" ?
