Happy Diwali Panfusine (somewhat belated) and may this festival of lights bring the light in every possible way... I am not from the Native country but have been celebrating with my Indian friends for a long time. Today, Diwali is one of my daughter's most treasured holidays. As for the dish, one of my favorites is papdi chaat.
